All our deer antlers are found in the wild and come from wild deer that shed their antlers each year. 

Thanks to the DOMAIN CERVUS code of ethics, we guarantee that our deer antlers are an ethical and sustainable decorative item. Indeed, DOMAIN CERVUS’s search for deer antlers has virtually no impact on the environment or wildlife and does not disrupt the natural balance or the ecosystem.

Each deer’s antlers have unique characteristics, depending on genetics, lifestyle, and age.                           

Deer antlers take on the color of the tannin from the bark of the trees they rub against, thereby accumulating tree bark and sap. Deer antlers can also take on color from contact with the soil.

 

Once found, deer antlers are carefully washed, selected for their aesthetic appeal, and stored in a sanitary manner, preserving their authentic natural state.
