DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the item to the customer.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information entered before confirming the order (building number, floor, intercom name, access code, last name, first name, street number and name, ZIP code, city name, phone number, or email address). 
In the event of an error regarding the recipient’s contact information, neither the seller nor the delivery person may be held responsible for delivering the order to the customer.
The order is delivered in a single shipment. The seller nevertheless reserves the right to split the customer’s order into multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer. If the customer requests that the order be split into multiple shipments, the shipping costs for each shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

 


DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is made to the doorstep of the address provided by the customer and in the presence of the customer or any person authorized to receive the goods.
The seller reserves the right not to fulfill an order from a customer who cannot provide proof of their delivery address.
The customer agrees to be present at the time of delivery or, if this is not possible, to comply with the alternative arrangements proposed by the delivery agency.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery and the type of product sold. Delivery times range from one week to one month.

 

 

 

 


REFUND POLICY

 


I - ONLINE PURCHASES

 


RETURNS (WITH REFUND OR EXCHANGE)

​Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the items were initially received defective or damaged. Please send an email to domain.cervus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package for any potential refund or exchange. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If DOMAIN CERVUS approves your email request to inspect the defective or damaged item for a potential refund or exchange, the item must first be returned to us for inspection within 21 days of our response to your email request. It must be sent to the following address: 93 Chemin de Saint-Barnabé, COURMES, Alpes Maritimes, 06620, France. The returned item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.​

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if a new item will be sent to you. Some of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we can only send you a similar item of your choice. If the price of the new item is lower than that of the item accepted for exchange, we will refund the difference. If the price of the new item is higher than that of the returned item, the exchange will be processed after you have paid the price difference.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied, as well as the refund method based on your original payment method.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your bank account within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear on your statement.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears on your statement.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable):
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to the following mailing address: 93 Chemin de Saint-Barnabé, 06620 COURMES, Alpes Maritimes, France.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are not initially refundable; however, if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it in that case only. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
